For 30+ years Annie has built strong relationships and supported developing successful recruitment processes. Annie is a big advocate of paying it forward and is always available to support and provide high demand resources as a strong team player.
Annie received her BS Degree from the College of St Catherine’s in Psychology and Social Work; she went on to accomplish her master’s degree in counseling and psychology (with a focus on career development). She also is a candidate for her PhD; however, she chose to take a step back to assist and support her family with the early unexpected death of her father. This led her into the recruitment industry almost 30 years ago! She finds all of these skills are very applicable to her recruitment practice! As it is just as important to find soft skills that align with company cultures as well as the hard skills needed for a position.

Annie enjoys time with family and friends, lake life, running, lifting, boating and triathlon. She has a love for animals and loves to be outside all year round in sporting activities.

Rob enjoys cycling, skiing, motorcycling, pickleball and the outdoors. He enjoyed 14 years as a volunteer Fire Fighter for the city of Apple Valley, MN. He recently moved back to Minnesota and is currently a member of the National Ski Patrol at Buck Hill. Rob he also active as a volunteer for Rick's Bike Sale in Apple Valley. He loves guitars and cars. You can find him noodling on a guitar or tinkering in his garage most days.
